Peter
Frederick has
been in Santa Fe for the last 35 years, a long time and a long
way from the farm where he grew up back in Falls City, Nebraska.
During
World War II Peter spent 4 1/2 years in the Navy , in the Pacific
on a minesweeper.
He
spent several years in Long Beach, California, New York City,
El Paso, Texas and Juarez, Mexico, in the furniture manufacturing
business, where he helped introduce Mexican Colonial Furniture
into the U.S. Markets.
After
selling his furniture-manufacturing firm in El Paso and Juarez,
Mexico, he moved to Guadalajara, Mexico, where he spent 6 years
developing his real estate experience building strip shopping
centers, condominiums and residences in Guadalajara as well as
Puerto Vallarta.
In
late 1967 Peter and his family moved to Santa Fe to continue
working with real estate in Santa Fe, where he has become
one of the most respected professionals in the business and also
has claimed himself "The Ranchman", working with New
Mexico ranches for sale, New Mexico residential and country
properties.
